Since Dan has been a licensed real estate broker he has focused on selling premium homes in and around Chicago. Dan recognized a need for a boutique real estate broker with an expertise in the nuances of new construction, sustainable homes, and the Chicago market. In 2007, Dan founded PRODAN Realty to address these needs.

Gosia has been a licensed broker since 2001, working in the greater Chicagoland area. In addition to her broker's license, Gosia also has an MBA, which helps her better guide customers through the buying and selling process. Her expertise includes new construction development, LEED Certification, and sustainable technologies.
